With Brian’s experience managing sales teams, underwriters, processors and appraisers, you’ll have someone on your side that knows the ins and outs of the business and can quickly and thoroughly answer any questions that arise.
Unlike many other loan officers and big banks, Brian makes himself available 7 days a week. Whether it’s a virtual meeting, at a local coffee shop or café, or even your kitchen table, Brian’s flexible schedule and willingness to accommodate others allows him to meet with you wherever is most comfortable and convenient. You should also know that if meeting isn’t your thing – no need to worry – as everything can be done effectively via email!

Brian Parkinson (Mortgage Banker) has a passion for meeting with and helping people with their financing needs. Since 2011, Brian has been named a Super Mortgage Professional year after year which recognizes the top 2% of mortgage professionals in the Twin Cities market based on overall consumer experience. Brian obtained his B.A. from the University of Iowa and resides in Lakeville with his wife Traci. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, their four kids, and two grandbabies!
Maxwell Parkinson (Loan Officer Assistant) is Brian’s son, joining his team in January of 2022 with client service experience across multiple industries, including financial services and risk advisory. Max ensures all parts of the process are running effortlessly and all parties are regularly updated. Max loves movies, music, rooting on the Vikings and Timberwolves, and traveling as much as he can!
Kelley Johnson (Loan Processor) is an expert in the mortgage industry with more than 39 years of experience processing loans. Kelley works closely with the underwriting and closing departments to assure a smooth process and works directly with clients collecting documents and answering questions. Kelley resides in St. Michael with her husband Craig and enjoys spending time with her four kids and 8 grandkids!
